    Taking a break from blogging.

I’d like to thank everyone who has taken some of their time to look at my blog, but I’ve been getting a little bored of updating this blog (mostly because there isn’t much to blog about once you reach level 50, really).

So I’m going to be taking a break from updating this blog for now. I’m not sure if I’ll return to update this blog in the future, but we can hope, right?

If I don’t return, then hopefully we’ll “meet again” in another one of my experiments. :D

Odd how we allowed the Runeguard to set up magitech inside of Sanctum.

    It’s Raining Money

Or, rather, more precisely, it’s still raining money. I thought the Golden Maw and their dragon was supposed to be greedy. Maybe they’d rain coins a little and it would seem like they were giving away a lot? But it feels like it’s been raining for weeks now.

    Highly suspicious.

I found a dead Defiant. Of course, I didn’t try to get rid of their body. That would be mean!

I tried to talk to Mr. Mage Trainer. I was thinking maybe he could teach me (or my squirrel?) some tricks! Or maybe at least some rant about how much better rogues are than mages?

He wouldn’t even talk to me. How rude.

  7. And then I got rescued

I bumped into an Ascended (Guardian) mage named Nerine today while working on a rift, and then she helped me kill a big bad guy at the fiery city in Stillmoor. I think she has the same hairstyle as me.

Ooh, and she has this pet named Spirit of Tears… I think it’s a little glob of tears in the shape of a kitty. So cute. I still have to find some Snake Tears to get my own. But snakes don’t cry! I’ll never get one. ._.

    I rescued someone

I just rescued a random unascended person in Fortune’s Shore named Irsten from an Agent of Akala, and I didn’t get anything for it. How sad.

Also, I seem to be in a rescue-y mood today.

  9. Helping the little ones

Actually, I’m think that the person I helped might have been bigger than me, but still…

I was running around Silverwood, and a Earth invasion ran by to say hi to me. Of course, it didn’t hurt much to have it chasing me around, so I just decided to let it chase me around.

Along comes a level 20 ascended named Kunu, who decided to try to kill the invasion, which promptly started killing her. So I decided to help her out by killing off the invasion!

Which, apparently, helped her get just enough experience for the Vigil to make her level 21. Yay!

Oh, and apologies Kunu if you’re actually a guy. I didn’t really get a chance to check, given the circumstances. ;p

I found Adriana Weaver in Stonefield. She really does go everywhere I go. o.o

But anyways, I’m in Stonefield because after I helped my guild kill the last boss in Deepstrike Mines (Expert), the Vigil decided that it would be fun to leave me stranded here in Stonefield, so I decided to wander around a bit. I found an Ascended Bahmi on her way into Granite Falls, and I followed her there, where I saw Adriana.

And then while I was talking to her, a random Stonefield Defender came up to me and hit my head with a hammer. That hurt! Even the Defiant Ascended didn’t hit me! These Stonefieldians are mean.

This is a sliver. That door always faces you; it’s not possible to stand from its side. Which I thought was pretty interesting.

Also, it also has this confusing, weird warpy effect.

So I finally managed to get enough planarite to buy Omen Sight. Of course, I decided to try it out. For all I knew, it might not have done anything since I can’t see!

At first, nothing happened. I started to think that the ability was wasted on me, but then I suddenly started to hear extra noises that I couldn’t hear before. For one, there was a lot of extra flapping noises (in addition to the ones coming from the messenger who follows me around and making sure I don’t crash into too many walls). So apparently, Omen Sight actually affects all the senses, which is a good thing for a blind girl like me. :D

And then the visions from the Vigil (of myself, so that I can “see” at least some of the time) started to develop a blueish-green tint at the edges. As I wandered around Sanctum, admiring the new sounds, I heard evil laughter, and prayed to the Vigil to send me a vision of the source of the laughter. Sure enough, Omen Sight altered the vision so that I could see the source of the laughter: Fionasinna the Evil. I even managed to have a short conversation with her — right before my Omen Sight ran out. My hearing returned to normal, and the visions returned to normal.

So Omen Sight isn’t permanent, and I can use it again at almost any time I want. To make it even even better, it has absolutely no cost of usage!

I wonder what new sounds I may discover thanks to this amazing ability the Vigil has granted me. Yay!

I had no idea that there were achievements for completing expert rifts, so I was quite surprised when a messenger flew by and dropped an achievement on my head. It sorta hurt, but they were probably in a hurry to do something else.

Oh, and tonight I ran with a bunch of ascended and we completed a bunch of expert rifts. It was quite exciting.

Oh, and ironically, we weren’t the ones who opened this rift. But we didn’t know at the time, so that was a little embarrassing. I hope whoever opened the rift was glad that they got a lot of extra help. :/
